Was mußte Sarah Connor sich nicht für Hohn und Spott anhören für ihren Faux Pas beim Singen unserer Hymne, aber unsere Fernsehsender sind auch nicht ohne.
Letzte Woche war nach dem Österreich Spiel bei N 24 die Schlagzeile zu sehen: Ballack scheisst Deutschand ins Viertelfinale.
Am Freitag legten dann die Tagesthemen nach: Sie berichteten das die Türkei im Halbfinale gegen…gegen wen eigentlich spielt? Die eingeblendete Flagge hatte die Farben Rot-Schwarz-Gold. Bisher hat sich noch keine Nation zu dieser Fahne bekannt. Die einzige Nationalflagge die eine Farbkombination Rot-Schwarz-Gold beinhaltet ist die von Uganda. Eine Rückfrage bei der UEFA hat ergeben, daß sie aber nicht für die EM qualifiziert sind.
Bela Rethy verkündete gestern Abend, daß Spanien noch nie im Viertelfinale gewonnen hatte, da bei ihrem Triumph 1964 kein Viertelfinale gespielt wurde. Dieses nicht gespielte Viertelfinale 1964 (damals noch mit Hin- und Rückspiel) gewann Spanien gegen Irland mit 5:1 und 2:0.
